落地时间线Landing timeline
公司和家庭可以并行。下面是参考顺序，不是承诺工期。The company and the family can move in parallel. This is a sequence, not a promised duration.
企业Enterprise
第 0–1 个月Months 0–1展开Open
- 选址调研、商业计划与架构设计。Site research, a business plan and the holding structure.
- 香港公司注册及商业登记。电子证书大约 1 小时。Hong Kong incorporation and business registration. An electronic certificate takes about an hour.
- 委任公司秘书，设立注册地址。Appoint the company secretary and set the registered office.
- 准备开户材料并预约银行。Prepare the account-opening pack and book the bank.
- 同步递交高管签证。高才通、优才、输入内地人才等，入境审批大约 4 周。File executive visas in parallel. Top Talent Pass, Quality Migrant and ASMTP cases take about 4 weeks at Immigration.
第 1–3 个月Months 1–3展开Open
- 银行账户落地。The bank account is opened.
- 租赁写字楼，或进入孵化器。Lease an office, or move into an incubator.
- 签订雇佣合同，购买雇员补偿保险，登记强积金。Sign employment contracts, buy employees' compensation insurance and register for the MPF.
- 如业务需要，申请行业牌照。Apply for an industry licence if the business needs one.
- 注册商标。File trade marks.
第 3–12 个月及之后Months 3–12 and after展开Open
- 申请 BUD 基金或其他资助。Apply for the BUD Fund or other schemes.
- 开展业务与推广。Trade and promote.
- 成立后大约 18 个月收到首份利得税报税表。The first profits-tax return arrives about 18 months after incorporation.
- 每年：周年申报表、商业登记续期、审计报税，以及按月强积金。Each year: the annual return, business-registration renewal, audit and tax, plus monthly MPF.
个人与家庭Family
出发前 3–6 个月3–6 months before departure展开Open
- 确定主申请人。18 岁或以上的子女另行安排。Name the principal applicant. Children aged 18 or above are planned separately.
- 备齐材料并递交入境处。高才通一类申请大约 4 星期。Prepare the file and file with Immigration. A Top Talent Pass case takes about 4 weeks.
- 获批后办理往来港澳通行证及逗留（D）签注。After approval, obtain the Exit-Entry Permit and the stay (D) endorsement.
- 设计外汇路径：在等值 5 万美元便利额度内，不拆分。Design the FX route inside the USD 50,000 facility, with no splitting.
- 为子女选校。若携带宠物，准备芯片、疫苗与抗体检测。Choose schools. If a pet is coming, arrange the microchip, vaccines and antibody test.
抵达后的第一个月The first month展开Open
- 入境时激活签证。30 日内登记香港身份证。Activate the visa on entry. Register for a Hong Kong identity card within 30 days.
- 开立银行账户，并经持牌代理租房、为租约加盖印花。Open a bank account and rent through a licensed agent, then stamp the tenancy.
- 安排子女入学。Place the children in school.
- 确认公立医疗资格，并购买所需保险。Confirm public-healthcare eligibility and buy the cover you need.
- 如符合条件，把内地驾照换领为香港驾照。Exchange an eligible mainland driving licence for a Hong Kong licence.
第 1–12 个月及长期Months 1–12 and beyond展开Open
- 受雇或开办公司，为续签留下证据。Take a job or run a company, so renewal has evidence behind it.
- 如有需要，经持牌介绍所聘请家庭佣工。If needed, hire a domestic helper through a licensed agency.
- 完成首次香港报税，以及内地境外所得申报。File the first Hong Kong return and the mainland overseas-income report.
- 做保险与信托的初步安排。涉及牌照的部分交给持牌方。Sketch insurance and trust arrangements. Licensed steps stay with licensed parties.
- 按时续签，保留通常居住的证据。满 7 年后才申请永久居民身份。Renew on time and keep ordinary-residence evidence. Permanent residency is an application after 7 years, not a promise.
